Can I return or exchange an order I placed with Tattoo Gizmo? |

his is a hard one. 80% of the time the answer is yes.
At Tattoo Gizmo, we strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If you order something and it turns out not to be what you expected, we understand. We will be willing to exchange for another item of similar price. Call us within 7 days of receiving the item to process the return. We do not process any item for return after 7 days of you receiving the order.
Because of health reasons, we don’t accept any of the following items for return or exchange:
- Opened item - Custom Made items - Used item
Step 1: Please send us an email or call us with your order ID # and the problem with the order.
Step 2: Wait for us to reply to your email with either an Approval or a Denial. Very few instances we will deny an exchange. i.e. unless as mentioned earlier. We will issue an RMA number.
Step 3: Simply return the item along with the invoice and RMA Number. Write on the invoice exactly what you want in exchange or we will issue you the store credit.
DO NOT assume you can return your item. You must get Authorization from us first.
We are not responsible for returned packages that are lost in transit to us. It is advisable to use some sort of tracking on your return shipment.
