The easiest way to see the status of your order is to login to your account. Once logged in you can access your order history. You can check the status of your current and past order.
Click Order History, Select the date range for the time you placed the order. A list of your orders will show. Next to each order will be a letter. Each letter represents the status of your order.

I - Incomplete. Means you have not paid for the order yet. This is an order you have started and have yet to checkout.

C - Complete. Means your order has been received by us

P - Processed. Means you have successfully placed and paid for your order and we are currently working on fulfilling it ASAP.

B - Backordered. Means you have successfully placed and paid for your order, but the item is not available for shipment, we are waiting on the item to be received from supplier. As a result, backordered orders typically take about 7-10 days to fill. Once we receive the item, your order status will change to C and we will ship out ASAP.

S - Shipped – Your order has shipped and tracking number is available for shipment.
