All orders are sent with delivery confirmation. With delivery confirmation your package will be scanned and indicated as "delivered" once it is delivered. We will not replace or refund customers who claim that their package was not received once delivery confirmation has been indicated. If your order is not delivered to you, call us immediately, we will coordinate with courier company to find the status of your shipment.
